Montessori-Based Learning Environments
Vision: To develop model instructional practices, design classroom-ready learning experiences, and support teacher professional development in early childhood and elementary education systems.
Applying child-led, hands-on Montessori methodology to foster independence, critical thinking, and a deep love of learning from the earliest years of development.
Early Childhood · ElementaryCreating original educational stories — bilingual, reflective, and joyful — designed to develop literacy, empathy, and imagination in young learners across cultures.
English · Español · BilingualBuilding educational products, mini-courses, and resources for teachers and families — with business training from the University of Colorado Boulder.
CU Boulder · Business TrainingCognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth are inseparable. Every lesson I design honors the complete child.
Every strategy is grounded in research, validated by Montessori principles, and proven in real classrooms with measurable results.
Every child — regardless of language, background, or ability — deserves access to extraordinary education. Non-negotiable.
From organic garden mathematics to bilingual storytelling, I constantly create new ways for children to experience the joy of discovery.
I am Nahydu Judith Moreno Rojas, M.Ed., an Early Childhood & Elementary Bilingual Educator and Educational Entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience across Peru and the United States. My formation spans the I.S.P.P. Leoncio Prado, the National University of San Marcos, and César Vallejo University, culminating in a Master's Degree in Education with a major in Teaching and Educational Management.
"My purpose is to transform education through structured, inclusive, and high-impact learning environments — and to create resources that empower educators and families worldwide."
Currently working in a Montessori environment in the United States, I am developing original bilingual children's stories, educational products, and building my entrepreneurial vision — with business training from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Connect With Me →This is Montessori mathematics as I teach it: students presenting number concepts using materials they built themselves from recycled bottles, tubes, and cardboard — learning that is seen, touched, created, and remembered.
Children interact with real, tangible materials — building, counting, measuring — before any abstraction is introduced.
The teacher observes and guides with intentional questions, allowing the child to construct their own understanding.
Students apply learning to authentic contexts — economics from garden harvests, geometry from recycled constructions.
This methodology produced 100% improvement in standardized scores and the #1 national ECE ranking in Peru.
"Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire — and in the Montessori classroom, every child carries their own spark."Nahydu Moreno, M.Ed. · Early Childhood & Elementary Bilingual Educator
After 18 years in education and now working daily in a Montessori environment: when children are trusted to lead their own learning, the results are extraordinary.
Pre-reading activation, guided comprehension, post-reading reflection — the method behind national recognition.
Real gardens, real transactions — students learned all four operations through authentic experience.
Five years building schools and feeding 1,000+ students reshaped everything I believe about inclusive education.
Emotional intelligence is not separate from academic excellence — in Montessori, it is the very foundation of it.
Original educational bilingual stories for children — reflective, joyful, and crafted with the same care I bring to every classroom.
My original cuentos develop literacy, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence simultaneously — in English and Spanish.
A curious little seed refuses to grow until it understands why — about the joy of asking "why."
